AusIMM: Distinguished Lecture Mining Projects: Successes and Failures – Root causes and remedies with Neil Cusworth, and dinner in Bunbury.

  • Mercure Sanctuary Golf Resort Lot 100 Old Coast Road Pelican Point, WA, 6230 Australia (map)

The 2024 Mining Society travelling lecture will provide a view of why for the last decade did the international mining sector deliver so many bad projects, and importantly, how can we stop history repeating itself.

Neil Cusworth, who has had a long and distinguished career in projects and project controls, where 40% of his 50 years' experience has been on international mining projects, will be presenting his views on what drives projects to succeed or fail.

Please join us over a relaxing buffet dinner to share Neil's experiences.
